Switchfoot, Blue October, and Matt Nathanson Live in Columbus!

Blue October kicked the evening off in Columbus, OH as they played both new and older tracks from their catalogue. The crowd did not miss a single beat by singing along with them. Blue October had an amazing stage presence with dynamic vocals from lead singer Justin Furstenfeld. Blue October are a veteran presence on the alt scene and showed why they have staying power with this performance.

Next was Matt Nathanson, who quipped that all of his sets get rained out. Much to his disdain, about 20 minutes into his set, it did in fact rain for about twenty minutes. However, Nathanson would not be stopped as he poured every ounce he had into his performance.

Nathanson played songs new and old, and ended the evening with "Come On Get Higher“, his most popular track. Nathanson walked in the audience, and was super interactive with the crowd.

Finally, the headliner was Switchfoot! The band came in heavy with orange lighting, amazing vocals and even bringing a fan on stage for the second song. Switchfoot did an incredible job interacting with the crowd. With their live vocals and stage presence, Switchfoot was a great closer for an overall fantastically-packed evening!
